To celebrate the holidays, and more specifically Christmas, we have painstakingly traced the roots of Saint Nicholas to the Turkish port town of Antalya on the Aegean Sea which will be our theme. Good ol' St. Nick had a reputation for secret gift giving and placing coins in the shoes of people who left them out for him. Thus, he became the model for our modern day Santa Claus. Tah-dah!
