Greetings Fellow Foodies

Welcome to the Portland Digestive Society (PDS) official blog. PDS is an exclusive dinner club located in Portland, OR. Although we formed nearly a year ago, we are pleased to finally be sharing our culinary experiences with the public.

But first...a little background. PDS was dreamed up (literally) by my husband, Eric, at the end of last summer. We gathered 7 of our closest friends and discussed the idea with them...and thus, the Portland Digestive Society was born. We all share an interest (some, a passion) in cooking, and formed this club to explore different cultures through their cuisine.


The Rules: 

• Members take turns hosting monthly dinners. 
• Host chooses a theme and members cook dishes relating to that theme. Minister of Alcohol creates a thematic cocktail for each dinner. 
• No additional members may be inducted, but a limited number of guests may be invited to each dinner.

We will be posting our recipes and sharing our experiences with you along the way. Enjoy!
